The re+forme Experience

  • A woman doing a Pilates exercise on a reformer machine, wearing a white sports bra and white leggings, in a black and white photo.

Slow and Controlled Movement with Constant Tension

Our classes are based on controlled movements that keep muscles engaged throughout the entire range of motion, recruiting muscle fibers that aren’t typically activated with traditional exercises. This approach promotes strength, control, and muscle tone in a way that’s efficient and effective.

  • Black and white photo of a woman flexing her right arm to show her muscles, wearing a white tank top and a headscarf, with a dark background.

    Pushing to Muscle Failure

Each class is designed to take muscles to the point of failure, ensuring deep muscle activation across all muscle fiber types, from slow-twitch to fast-twitch. This comprehensive engagement builds true strength and stamina, promoting noticeable results.

  • A woman in white athletic wear running on a treadmill while holding resistance bands attached to a machine against a black background.

    Intensity without Impact

re+forme classes provide high intensity and low impact with no stress on your joints or spine, allowing you to challenge yourself safely. The structured intensity of our sessions pushes you to new limits while maintaining form and joint protection.

  • A woman in workout clothes performing a yoga lunge on a treadmill in a gym with a plain white wall background.

    Compound Movements

Our exercises combine multiple muscle groups in compound movements, maximizing efficiency and ensuring balanced strength. This approach keeps your body engaged from head to toe, building functional strength and flexibility.
