Class Registrations & Cancellations
-
Classes require preregistration. Create an account by clicking the “Account” button in the upper right hand of the website, purchase one of our new client specials for the best value, and then register for class. Arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. If you have any questions, please email us prior to registration.
-
Yes, advance registration is required as we can’t guarantee space for walk-ins. To avoid late cancel/no show fees, please wait to register until you’re sure you can attend.
-
Log into your account and cancel under ‘My Schedule.’ Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance online in your account; we do not accept cancellations by phone or email.
-
Early Cancellations: Cancel at least 6 hours before your class to avoid any fees and retain your class credit.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 6 hours of class time result in a loss of class credit. For unlimited memberships a $20 late cancel fee will be charged.
No Shows: We have limited spaces and we need to make sure everyone cancels in their account if they are not coming. Missing a class without canceling will result in a loss of class credit. For unlimited memberships, a no show will result in a $35 fee.
-
To maintain fairness for our community and also ensure we have space for those who want to take class, we do not waive cancellation fees for any reason. We recommend waiting to register until you’re sure you can attend to avoid any fees or loss of class credits.
-
For safety and respect for other clients, we do not permit late arrivals. All participants must be in the studio and on their machine 5 minutes before class begins. Please allow extra time to account for traffic delays and parking.
-
Please treat the waitlist exactly like a class reservation. You may be moved from the waitlist into the class up until one hour before class start time, even overnight. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer want to attend. Please remove yourself the night before for early morning classes.
-
If you do so, you are responsible for managing all reservations. Our late cancel/no show policy will apply for any missed class.
